I looked around and all I see is white. White walls, white tile floors, white ceiling, and one white table. Even the hospital gown I am wearing is whi...te. I also realize there was an acute pain coming from my back. At most it is mildly irritating. ‘Boss, she’s awake.’ The voice came from behind me from someone I couldn’t see. ‘Where’s Grant?’ No answer. I can hear the man’s breathing getting heavy. He was nervous to be alone with me. A minute later, the door opened and in walked Samantha. I saw that Melinda had been trying to call me. There’s nothing I can say to her right now. There was a time if I had seen her kissing some guy, my attitude toward her would been the guys gonna get lucky but now, it hurts ... a lot.I decided to take a walk around the boat. It wasn’t likely I would run into her with three thousand people on the ship. I found a bar boy and got a drink then sat in a lounge chair in a nice secluded area. I was just watching the ocean when I spotted her with her boy. Et me first say that this is a real story, just as all of my other stories. Nothing is made up and nothing is exaggerated. Hope you enjoy it and please share your thoughts in the comments ”“So let’s plan.” ‘Plan’ in this case meant a mental inventory of what non-perishables were on board, what perishables we might bring, and the time we’d stay gone.“We’re not Columbus sailing for the Indies,” Josh laughs. “We dock the boat near a road, take the scooters to the grocery store, come back with fresh stuff.”That’s what he was doing the day he met me – going for groceries. I totally derailed his plan. Maybe that’s what the whole thing was – I was meant to be there with that menagerie.
