I know ...her from january …She joined our office as a .Net developer and she has facked her experience which I came to know later.Initially she was assigned to some other project leader in our office and she was not doing well…So finally that project leader has benched her and I was one of the team lead for us client , I was very much in rush to deliver my. I was doing my best not to appear judgmental or invasive. I wasn’t sure how successful I was being in achieving those goals.“His name is Chester, Dad. He’s a good guy, a fun guy.
