She had left the window open last night and now heard non-stop chirping from the birds outside forcing her to wake up; it was her version of the alarm... clock. Casting off the blanket, Jane kicked her long legs over the side of the bed and wandered groggily over to the small work desk she had set up. Yawning a second time, she grabbed the clothes that she had thrown over the back of the chair the night before. Jane looked in the mirror as she walked to the bathroom, catching a glimpse of her. She said that she didn’t want to go out since she felt so tired. She wanted to tell me the rest of the story and then go to bed to get some sleep. She picked up the story again.“When we returned to our table, we found Michael and Will. Michael wanted to dance with me again and we went back to dance for a couple of tracks. It was fun, although I missed dancing with Lisa. I was also getting a little tired after the busy day. You know how I am if I’m up after midnight, and by now it had. She was showing me the important places on the way. Once reached, she asked me to be ready in 30 min and waited in the living room. It is a one bedroom apartment with small kitchen and bathroom. I went to bathroom. After entering the shower I realized I forgot to bring in my soap. I just called out to see whether she could help me. I hesitantly opened the door with the towel wrapped around me and asked her for the soap in my bag. She was laughing at me and said “your wife got to be thinking. It was in the middle of summer, mom was away with work and me and Tina was sat around the pool at the house. Where we lived was in the middle of the country side, no houses around for miles and the whole property was surrounded with 12ft walls and big gates. The house itself stood proudly in it's 250 acre settings, the was a winding driveway up to the house and then garages to the right.The pool was at the back of the house, no one could see what went off in this area which is pretty good.
