It felt like my heart had stopped before pounding against my chest. I peeked inside into the dark lit room, the sun was still high up but it wasn't lo...ng until sunset. Nothing was out of the ordinary, his room seemed normal for someone who studied and played sports. There were sports posters on the wall and books were scattered messily over his desk. Even when I was alone in the house, I tiptoed carefully.
