Standing in the shower I loved the way the water felt cascading over my smooth eighteen year old body, as a swimmer I had a good build. I had strong legs and arms and a flat stomach, I had been told on more than. I watched as he lit a cigarette and then immediately put it out. He'd been getting more and more tense lately, which of course made Joey's and my lives miserable. Sensing that I needed to get out of the way, I tip-toed back upstairs, skipping breakfast. A few minutes later, the sound of something hard thwacking across Joey's back told me that I was right.Sighing, I booted up my computer and went to work. Dad had Joey and I do all of his work; to be honest I suspect that he didn't know how to. I promise. I’ll just have a little bit of alone time in the shower tonight.’ I raised my eyebrows and questioned, ‘Are you sure?’ He nodded. ‘I’m sure. Besides, I wouldn’t want to get your blood flowing like that and bring that migraine back. Maybe you should go see your doctor about getting something to fix those migraines you’ve been having lately.’ Taking a few seconds to think about it, I decided that a visit wouldn’t hurt and shrugged. ‘I will ask my gynecologist about it when I see her. Once we were inside his home, I sat on the couch while Steve poured us a little white wine and sat next to me. Shoes off but otherwise fully dressed, our eyes shone at one another as we clinked glasses and sipped, my head leaning back against his outstretched arm. Conversation was no longer necessary. The wine glasses safely on expensive wooden coasters, Steve leaned over me and his soft lips found mine.The kiss started softly but then became urgent as I pulled his face hard against my own, too.
