It can clearly be painful, as I have observed from the reactions of young women I have caned in this position. It can become additionally embarrassing... since the pain resulting from the strokes usually causes them to thrust their hips to and fro in a rather immodest manner. It might therefore seem to be an excellent choice. However, I have come to think otherwise.
