When the call came through confirming the dates, I had quickly called Mike and Jenny into my office to discuss arrangements. Mike and I agreed to shar...e a room. We would have liked to have booked a double but because Jenny was travelling with us, we had to keep up appearances, just in case she visited our room for any reason. Incidentally, I had had a brief affair with Jenny a number of years ago, before she married, but that’s another story. I confirmed the arrangements and started counting. Finally, he would save time since he wouldn’t have to drive an extra hour to reach the job. He replied, “That sounds good.”Professor Smith asked, “How’s your uncle?”Sid looked down at the floor, saddened by the reminder, and licked his lips. He answered, “He passed away last week. His funeral was Saturday.”She looked at him in surprise and said, “You could have asked for an extension on your paper. I would have understood.”Smiling, he answered, “No. I enjoyed working on it, and it helped keep. ”“My brother is an certified electrician and handy around the house, he’s coming by later today to drop off some of my belongings, I could ask him” Cam offered.“He is also an excellent bartender” Josh joked getting a smile from Cam and a questioning look from Angela.“I helped out last night behind the bar” Josh explained “he’s a good looking nice guy, trust me.”“Good looking eh?” Angela smirked and poked Cam asking “Is he single?”“Yeah, at the moment anyway” Cam answered with a flirty. Cheffy showed me a picture of a jolly chef he had tried to emulate so this is what he got.I even gave Cheffy a long pencil moustache that he loved to twirl the ends of when he told jokes. It wasn’t made of hair, but he could make it grow and looked like hair. He loved the bushy eyebrows, and he would comb them into little curls on the ends to match his moustache.He was a real character. He really loved the internal upgrade and went out of his way to make special food and soups for the other.
